Ameera Mohamed is a driving force behind Innovate for Bahrain's acceleration programs, bringing over six years of experience designing and delivering high-impact innovation programs across Bahrain's startup, financial, and government sectors.

Since joining Bahrain FinTech Bay in 2018 and stepping into acceleration leadership in 2020, Ameera has supported over 104 startups and young entrepreneurs, helping them integrate technology into their ventures, navigate Bahrain's innovation ecosystem, and unlock further growth opportunities. Her portfolio spans internationally recognized programs delivered in Bahrain alongside locally designed initiatives built for financial institutions and government partners, with active engagement of VC networks to facilitate meaningful investment connections.

Since 2024, Ameera has been a core member of the Innovate for Bahrain team, delivering innovation and tech-enabled programs for Bahrain's wider entrepreneurial community. She holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from Bahrain Polytechnic.
